Returns & Refunds

At Caroline & Co. Creations, each item is made with care and attention to detail. Because many of our products are custom or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect sizing.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at Carolinescreation.ok@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund if the issue is confirmed.


Shipping Issues

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for:

  • Lost or stolen packages
  • Delays caused by the carrier

If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please contact your local post office.


Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders cannot be changed or canceled once they have been processed or shipped.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
